I was told pretty much from day one that if I had a current problem, I should sit and listen and perhaps learn what the solution might be and that I could discuss the problem with a sponsor, acquire a solution that way, as well, practice the solution, and then have something valuable to share.
I was told in no uncertain terms not to take meetings hostage with complaining about the past or present.
Apart from not helping anyone else, that was not helping me.
