The only thing that can be clung to with absolute confidence is God. Everything else changes or is subject to failure. There is no security.
When I intrinsically value anything of the world, I’m tying my consciousness to the mutable.
The world is fine, and I can act in it and appreciate it, but I cannot be stable if I see it as the ultimate reality.
God and His Realm is the ultimate reality.
