Being grateful for good things is easy.
Being grateful for apparently bad things is the way out.
The apparently bad thing is good because it offers me the opportunity to expand my consciousness by rising above the obstacle.
The roadblock of the disagreeable fact becomes only an artefact of the world when I’m able to rise up and therefore flow over it and past it, leaving it behind.
The problem is always really one of altitude.
