Speakers can be a bit of a nightmare. Don't flatter them, when sharing back, because it only encourages them. Don't talk about them. Talk about you. There's plenty to say on that account.
And speakers: when you're done, shut up. Don't comment after each and every, or even any, other share. And don't crank up the sausage machine to squeeze out another sausage when you've simply been asked to close with a prayer.
