I don't know

To be upset requires me to I know what I'm upset about; it presumes I can judge appropriately.

To judge something requires me:

- To have all the pertinent facts, past, present, and future, throughout the physical universe
- To assemble those facts into an accurate picture
- To analyse the picture accurately, understanding all its causal mechanisms
- To have an ideal of how things should be, the alternate perfect universe
- To accurately assess the gap between reality and the ideal.

Being upset falls down on all five counts.
