If you've been asked to send through your Step Eleven review to someone, here's a good format:
Take each question, and copy it into a message. Then answer it. Then write corrective measures below each answer, marked with 'CM' to indicate what they are.
Send through each combination of Q + A + CM in a separate message in WhatsApp, so the recipient can easily swipe and reply specifically.
Example:
Were we resentful, selfish, dishonest or afraid?- Resentful at colleague for unnecessarily disagreeing with me.- CM: Overlook the interaction. Get on with job. Think and speak kindly about her. Don't leak in her presence or in email.- Afraid of economic downturn.- CM: Tighten belt. Buy only what is necessary. Be grateful. Trust the economy to right itself.
