Should I sit with my feelings?

No.

No need to 'grieve'. No need to 'hold the space'. No need to 'feel my feelings'. No need, certainly, to 'honour them' (Have they discovered a new element on the Periodic Table? Have they designed a new way to capture carbon dioxide? Have they helped anyone?)

Rather:

Work to remove the false beliefs and thinking behind the resentment, fear, and other forms of unnecessary upset.

Unless, of course, one's still getting a splendid kick out of them.
