Today, I went to three meetings. I went to a 7.00 a.m., 20-minute meditation meeting. I went to my home group at lunchtime. And I was invited to a 7.30 p.m. meeting, so I went. It's 2 hours, 20 minutes of one day. But I have 24 hours today I would not have without AA. I have no problem giving one-tenth of my time in this way. Plus sponsees and service. Let's not forget that!
I've turned my will and my life over to God, which means that, whatever God asks me to do, my answer is 'yes', and whatever it is is fine by me.
