How do I know whether I've surrendered something?

 If I'm thinking about it, beyond:

- Learning
- Recreation
- Practical considerations

... it's not been surrendered.

If I'm worried, it's not been surrendered.
If I'm planning, it's not been surrendered.
If I'm fretting, it's not been surrendered.
If I'm angry, it's not been surrendered.
If I'm remorseful, it's not been surrendered.

Etc.

How do you surrender?

Say to God:

This is up to you, know! None of my business!
