The four actions of Concept III are act, ask, consult, report.
Act: Break the project down into tasks; perform each task.
Ask: Whoever commissioned the project might need to be asked for further guidance on matters not adequately covered by the brief or falling outside its scope but affecting the project.
Consult: If I need other input, help, counsel, etc., I can look 'sideways' to peers or others with experience.
Report: Report back to the commissioner of the project, regularly and / or at the end.
