I'm reacting to a memory that has been re-activated.
The triggering person or situation is not unsafe because I'm triggered.
I can't go through the world avoiding triggers.

What do I do when triggered?
Retreat to examine what in me is unresolved.
There are always attachments that need to be dropped.
Drop the attachments.
Then the triggers stop triggering.
The calls are coming from within the house.
