Say it how you see it. Suggest actions based on experience and principle. Then leave 'em to it.

Don't laboriously explain, cajole, or nudge. Either they're on board or they're not.

If the price is too high when it's for free, they won't buy it when you try and sell it.

As soon as I'm picking my words carefully, I'm holding back. Waste of time. Release the payload now, in full, in a calm and matter-of-fact way, then leave it at that.
