Being unhappy and right

When I'm unhappy but blocked because I still think my perception, analysis, and assessment are right, I run through these statements and meditate on them until I can sign up to them. I work through them systematically. I only go onto the next statement when I can wholeheartedly sign up to the statement I'm on.

I do not like how I feel now
I therefore hope I'm seeing things wrong
I would like another way to see things
There might be another way to see things
What can I lose by asking?
