Moan, moan, moan

I have a tendency to complain. I vomit up my emotional fur balls and drop them at other people's feet. Other people rightly find this disagreeable and wearing. Periodically, I find it helpful to practise this, from the 'Just For Today' card:

Just for today I will be agreeable. I will look as good as I can, dress becomingly, talk low, act courteously, criticize no one bit, not find fault with anything, and not try to improve or regulate anybody except myself.

Rather than just complaining, I can say:

'I'm currently applying X [a tool of the programme] to solve Y [a 'problem'], and I'm experiencing Z [the results].'
