It depends what is meant by 'burned out'. I'm guessing it means 'experiencing internal negative reactions' or feeling boredom.
Meetings are not the point: the point of AA is the programme, which I incorporate into my life.
Meetings are a place to learn about that and share the solution with others.
When I give meetings a purpose by engaging in those two activities, I'm never bored.
When I take inventory and adjust my attitudes and thinking, I stop experiencing internal negative reactions.
I then get the benefits of AA without any cost to myself.
