What does letting go mean?
Not dwelling on:
- What other people think of me
- What I think of me
- My identity
- My value
- What you believe, think, or do
- What they believe, think, or do
- What I want
- What I think I need
- What I have
- What I don't have
- The past
- The future
This will free up the whole day, for three things:
- Looking after actual needs (rest, food, quiet, ...)
- Constructively using the time given
- Marvelling
