Pray to a Higher Power for a sober day

Read pages 84 to 88 of the Big Book and try to follow what it says

(Don't worry if it doesn't make much sense now: even doing a little will help)

From the nightly review (page 86), pick out a couple of things to do better today than yesterday

Ask the Higher Power to direct your thinking

Plan the day with the Higher Power

Trust that you'll be OK if you just keep doing the next right thing

Go to a meeting

Maybe go to two or three!

Call at least two other people

Call your sponsor

When you get stressed, angry, frightened, or otherwise upset, pray and then call someone

Try and follow their programme suggestions

Keep a notebook with helpful programme suggestions

Connect with your Higher Power before you go to sleep
