You've been in AA for ages. An issue comes up. You're tempted to just phone someone and ask them to work it through for you.
Instead, try this:
Imagine a sponsee came to you with the issue; a sponsee who is fairly new, does not know much, and needs things spelled out systematically and simply.
Write a bullet-pointed list of how to use the programme to address the situation.
Usually that solves the problem.
If it doesn't, then call.
