Work

What is work?
Your job? Your career?
That’s one form of work.
Work is the constructive activity God wants me to engage in.
God gets to decide whether that includes a job or career in the conventional sense.
If it doesn’t, God will have to provide all that is necessary (page 63).
Many great people of the past had lousy jobs or no job.
What matters?
Not prestige, not power, not money, not accomplishment—at least not in the world’s eyes—but impact.
My question: what am I doing that has an impact?
If your value (= your identity) and the value of your life (= your purpose) were not tied up in a conventional career, what would you do, not with your life, but with your day?
