How do I feel better?


If I'm concerned with how I feel, I have not taken Step Three. In fact, I have not taken Step One: I have not admitted my life is unmanageable by me. Maybe I should take Step One!

Feelings are the lights on the dashboard. They provide a little useful information but they're not the purpose of my life.

I will feel better if I believe better, think better, and act better. Take care of those, and feelings take care of themselves.
