A simple meditation for crazy people

Turn off electronics and interrupting devices.
Adopt a comfortable position.
If meditation or yoga music helps (try the app Insight Timer or look for meditation or yoga music on Spotify), use it.
If it doesn't, don't.
If you want to time yourself, do.
If you don't, don't.

Relax tensions from the body.

Bring your thoughts gently and persistently away from the thinking mind and back to breath and bodily sensations.

When ready, repeat and contemplate these ideas, stating them as the truth in response to any situation that arises. If you start to analyse, criticise, or resist these ideas, revert to the previous stages.
