“regard it in a different light” (Page 116, Big Book)
I cannot permit three things: gloom, apprehension, hostility.
When any of these arise, my job is to immediately regard the situation in a different light.
I ask God, and it turns out I already know the answer.
I just need to activate that knowledge.
