Confidence: confidence that God will show me what to do in each situation and give me the strength to do it.
Poise: the ability to respond wisely rather than react rashly.
Shell: the ego’s existential position of victimhood, self-pity, hostility, solipsism, and boundaries.
Others in similar trouble: in helping others, I am helped.
