Trying

If I say I'm 'trying to drive the car to the shop,' that means I'm being impeded. I'm actually failing to drive the car to the shop.

If I'm driving unimpeded, I say, 'I am driving the car to the shop.'

When I complete my task, I say, 'I have driven to the shop.'

When, therefore, I say I'm 'trying', I should really investigate what is impeding me.

Can that thing be changed? If so, change it. If not, accept it.

The perception of the existence of problems is really the disclosure I'm in the antechamber from which there are two exit doors: accept the fact or take the action.
