The formula:
- Meetings (as many as possible)
- Literature (as much as possible)
- Mind (as open as possible)
- Programme (as diligently as possible)
If I'm upset, I'm not doing enough of one of the above.
- I'm overly engaged in the material
- I'm trapped in myself
- I believe in myself
- I'm practising the problem not the solution
I find no need for unhappiness, once the basics of the programme have been acquired (sadly, I took a long time to do this). Whatever the circumstances, the above four levers can be pulled.
